Your best TikTok videos are a goldmine. Download them without the watermark, reframe them for Reels and Shorts, adjust captions and hashtags, and publish. The hook and product demo are the same; only the format and call to action need to change. A video that sold on TikTok can sell on Reels with a shopping tag or on Shorts with a pinned comment link.

Step 3: Move live selling to multi-platform

TikTok Shop LIVE is hard to replace one-for-one, but Shopee Live and Lazada Live already have Thai shoppers and voucher mechanics. For brand-owned audiences, YouTube Live and Facebook Live remain viable. If you use a third-party streaming tool like StreamYard or Restream, you can simulcast one stream to multiple platforms, protecting reach if one channel goes down.
